This SaaS infrastructure and its management protocols are legally operated byNEXUS FLOW.
You acknowledge that payment for expansion constitutes the purchase of digital capacity and not ownership of the software.
02. 2. FINANCIAL IMMUNITY
Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital resources within the Threshold, automatic refunds are not executed. However, if the node experiences verifiable technical synchrony failures or charge processing errors, you have a 7-day cycle to request a case audit by contacting our technical support.
03. 3. JURISDICTION
Any dispute related to the use of this infrastructure shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, under the jurisdiction of the main operator's residence.
